Terms of ServiceI accept payment via PayPal only.
If you haven't already done so, please take a minute to confirm your mailing address with PayPal. That way I won't have to bother you to confirm it. Also, if your address is not confirmed in the PayPal system, you won't have any recourse should your package become lost.
If you need additional time to pay, please inform me so I may accommodate your situation! Reasonable delays are acceptable. If payment in full is not made within 48 hours from the time the order was placed, AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU, I will cancel your order and the item will be re-listed.
All items are sold AS IS:
I disclose EVERY BIT of defect, damage, etc., for each and every item, as well as providing ample photos to help portray the item's condition.
As such you need to ask questions prior to purchasing an item—especially if you have 'deal breakers' regarding it. If you are not sure of something, it is your responsibility to ask questions prior to making a purchase.
All items are non-returnable/refundable...
unless I have grossly misrepresented it. If this happens, notify me of the problem, repackage the item with care and I will refund in full — including shipping fees — once I have received the item back. I believe in owning my mistakes!
If you refuse delivery of your purchase...
I will refund the item's purchase price — minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee — upon my receipt of the package (provided it has not been tampered with). A refund, in this case, may take up to two weeks to be issued; especially if there has been no communication from the buyer.
I encourage you to ask me anything you may wonder about an item because like you, I value making educated decisions regarding my hard-earned money!
