STONES ___ No flea-bites or scratches on the rhinestones or pearls; all pearls and rhinestones are tight in the setting; prongs around the cabochon are tight; the rhinestones all show good life ___ no defect to note
FILIGREE SETTING ___ The finish is bright and does not have any tarnish; there are no bends or missing parts ___ no defect to note
CLIPS ___ The finish is shiny bright and the action is tight with good grip on both earrings; both clips are signed "SELRO CORP. ©" on the outside surface. There is some wear on the inside lower surfaces with more wear on the edges of one clip. The tongue that touches the ear, remains shiny like new.
ITEM DESCRIPTION _____ These sturdy clip-on earrings are a confection fit for any fancy-dress occasion! The center faux baroque pearl cabochon is secured with a double prong at top and bottom, framed in gold tone twisted rope embellishment. Surrounding it are six pastel aurora borealis round-cut rhinestones and three faux polished pearls arranged in a triplet of groupings, all set in gold tone as well. Completing the theme are three gold tone sweeping filigree wings that create a deep three-dimensional appearance.
